It’s funny when you work on anything creative. There’s a certain personal pride. You may have a hunch how parts will land. But really, you never really know how it’ll be received until it gets out in the open.
A few friends have really reacted strongly to this song, even in a way I didn’t expect.
I wrote the lyrics in the notes app after an evening run. I aways think most clearly while I’m moving. Hopefully they move you, too.
